Customized Solutions
For special requirements and individual wishes, we provide you with customized solutions. We are happy to help you to optimize the entire printing process chain and adapt the SolFlex systems with regard to build volumes, pixel size as well as specific materials.
Wellenlänge & Pixelgröße
Wavelength & Pixel Size
Individual adaption of the DLP projector.
The DLP projector determines the resolution and the light spectrum of the curing point of the resin. Depending on the application and the material to be processed, the wavelength and pixel size can be adapted in order to provide a customized individual printer solution. In the case of changing or multiple requirement profiles, there is also the option of equipping the 3D printer with a dual DLP system consisting of two DLP projectors with different settings (wavelength, pixel size).
FlexVat
Patented vat technology.
The patented FlexVat is specially designed to minimize peeling forces during the printing process, resulting in a highly efficient print job.
PowerVat
Stable vat system.
In addition to the FlexVat which is made of silicone, the PowerVat represents a rigid vat system with a stable glass bottom, which ensures a stable printing process and best printing results – even for very large building volumes.
Moving DLP Projector
Highest precision.
The unique and innovative moving DLP design allows you to print out large scaled objects with high resolution. In addition, the 3D printers are equipped with the newest generation of UV LEDs and precise UV optics, ensuring fast printing speeds.
Multi-Material-Printing
Process efficacy.
By using a dual- or multi-chamber vat, different materials can be processed in parallel in just one printing process.
The Multi-Material-Printing-System saves time and a change of material in the vat. In the research and development of new materials, for example, tests with various resins can be carried out at the same time.
Processing highly viscous resins
Recoating system.
When using very viscous materials, a recoating system can be installed, which ensures that the material is distributed in the tank through a squeegee. This also enables to process resins that are filled with ceramic or metal.
Temperature-control.
Some materials – such as high-viscosity resins, can only be processed at a certain temperature. For this purpose, either the ThermoVat (heated vat) can be used or the entire building space can be heated.
Sensor-Controlled Production
Stable printing process.
For SolFlex devices with larger building areas, the production process is monitored by a sensor that makes it possible to measure and control the light intensity in order to be able to quickly identify deviations in the printing process.
Optimized printing speed.
The patented VDFS (Vat Deflection Feedback System) uses an additional sensor to speed up the printing process and, in combination with the FlexVat tray system, helps to save up to 40% of the time.
100% Safety.
Customized technologies keep important parameters such as the temperature, humidity and process forces at the optimal level throughout the entire printing process.
